Medicare Child Dental Benefit Schedule

The Child Dental Benefit Schedule has been developed by Medicare to provide dental services for eligible children who are aged between 2 and 17 years. It enables eligible children to receive up to $1000 in dental services over a two year period.

Greenland Dental proudly supports Medicare's Child Dental Benefit Schedule and bulk bills all services that are available through the schedule.

Services available:

  • Examinations

  • X-rays

  • Cleaning

  • Fissure sealing

  • Fillings

  • Root canal treatments

  • Extractions

For your children to be eligible you must be receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A or a relevant Australian Government payment. If your child is turning 2 or 18 at any time throughout the year, they will be eligible that year, for the full year, even when they are aged 1 or 18.

Our reception team can check your child's eligibility for you. Simply call us on (07) 5495 4266 and we will find out for you within minutes.
