To best care for your teeth over Easter, we recommend removing plaque regularly by brushing twice a day and flossing once a day. It is best to limit the number of times a day that sugar is on your teeth, meaning that it is best to indulge in one sitting followed by a glass of water, instead of continually snacking throughout the day.
