Gold and White Card Holders Are Covered

Greenland Dental is an approved Veteran Affairs Dental Clinic in Caboolture. We provide services to patients covered by the Department of Veteran Affairs. The Department of Veteran Affairs will fund all dental services necessary to meet the clinical needs for Gold Card holders.

For White Card holders, dental treatment can only be provided in relation to your accepted disabilities. If you are unsure, our team will be more than happy to contact the Department of Veterans Affairs on your behalf to confirm your treatment eligibility. Transport

Transport

If you are eligible for transport, please advise our reception staff when arranging your appointment so we can book your transport.

You are entitled to transport if you are:

  • aged 80 years of age or over; or
  • legally blind (regardless of your age); or
  • suffering from dementia (regardless of your age).

You may also be eligible for transport if you are a gold or white card holder, who is aged 79 years or younger and suffers from a specific medical condition.

To use the transport service offered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, we must be your nearest health provider.
