At Greenland Dental, we have always made it our priority to maintain reasonable and affordable fees for all our services. We offer various payment methods and additional services to help make paying for your dental treatment easier.

Payment policy

Greenland Dental requires payment on the day of treatment, unless a payment plan has been established through our payment plan provider, DentiCare.

We accept payment by the following methods:

  • Cash or cheque

  • Eftpos

  • Visa or MasterCard

  • Amex

  • Direct debit (if payment cleared prior to your treatment being provided)

Claiming your health fund rebate

Claiming your health fund rebate is fast and efficient with HICAPS automatic claiming. If you have private health insurance with extras cover, we can process your claim after your treatment is provided and you only have to pay the gap. Make sure you bring your health fund card to your appointment as we need it to process your claim.

Planning and budgeting for your dental treatment

We care about making sure you get the best treatment you deserve and know that unexpected dental treatment can cause significant financial stress. We offer no interest payment plans to help reduce the financial pressure of dental treatment. We have found that payment plans are a convenient and easy way to budget and pay for your dental treatment. If you find that a payment plan is not suitable for you, our team will help you arrange your appointments in a way that suits your budget.
